Provide humanitarian assistance to cover the immediate needs, with emphasis on food and protection needs, of the population affected by the COVID-19 crisis in different locations in the country.
Participants
21,000 people, with an emphasis on the refugee and migrant population, LGBTIQ+, female GBV survivors, paid domestic workers, indigenous peoples, community artisans, and other groups in vulnerable situations; more than 41,000 assistances and services delivered.
Estrategic actions
- Information and comprehensive care (social, legal, psychosocial) for access to services.
- Multipurpose money transfers through a bank
- Sectoral monetary transfers for food security through a bank food assistance delivery
- Distribution of differentiated hygiene kits for men, women and babies.
- Delivery of masks, soaps and facial protectors to local governments and grassroots organizations to distribute to the population.
