14.01.2023

The principles of equality and non-discrimination are at the heart of human rights and help to reduce disadvantage for many reasons and in many areas. Human rights are not restricted to special groups.

AS A INSTITUTION

Integrations could be made. To achieve this, certain steps must be followed: 1. Promote activities in which the members of the entire group must work together and have everyone give their opinion. For example, whether they are riddles, tongue twisters and more. 2. Not only stay with classmates but other promotions so that students have opportunities to have more friends. 3. Make sure that each student is participating since the main idea is that everyone integrates.

AS A STUDENT

  1. Challenging negative attitudes amongst students.
  2. Avoiding stereotypes in curricular resources and examples. Not only agroup with the same all the time integrating new people to create new relations.
  3. Setting clear rules regarding how people treat each other. Set the things clear on how you will like to be treated and treat others the same way
  4.  Share experiences with others, many times we don't share the same ideas or thoughts with our classmates, but you can hear what they like or do and try new things, also share what you do .

DON'T ASSUME; LISTEN

One of the main obstacles to eliminating prejudice is the fact that people have difficulty recognizing that it exists in the first place. Research has proven that we all reproduce prejudices and stereotyped views related to various issues, including gender and race. "Neuroscience and behavioral sciences have learned a lot about our unconscious biases. We all have them, and they are based on race, religion, sexual orientation, and gender. The important thing is to be aware of our assumptions
